All of our products ship in gift-ready packaging designed to look good and keep our products safe during shipment. Depending on the size of the product you order, we use a combination of USPS and UPS for shipping services. At this time, we do not offer international ordering and shipping is only available in the United States.

Since all of our products are hand made, we do not offer returns. However, customer service is our top priority and we stand by all of our products. If you have an issue please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer care team and we'll do what we can do make it right.

Our TCHD warranty covers all products for any defects in material or workmanship for a period of 30 days. If you have any issues with your product, please reach out to us so we can work together to resolve your concerns.

All of our products made from wood are unique creations. Wood grain patterns, knots, color variations are all characteristics which make wood a unique and exciting material to work with. Variability in final product size and color/appearance should be considered normal due to each piece of lumber's unique character.
